Indic Keyboard Bengali (Bangladesh) variant adding help..

As it stands, there doesn't seem to be an open source Bengali Keyboard app. Ridmik is closed source. Indic Keyboard has bengali options and is actively maintained, but it only has Bengali (In) language. I asked the dev to add the Bengali Bangladesh option, and the dev asked for "Some links or references on the layout or a write up on how different it is from Bengali layouts that we already have". as I'm not a coding person. Asking for the community to give me some ideas on how to express it so that the dev might add the feature. I mainly use Avro layout.

The only difference I can think of is the currency symbol, between Indian and Bangladeshi layout.
