Is there any future plan for Android port?

Since Android desktop mode is becoming mainstream, there isn't any good software option for typing Bangla using physical keyboards on Android. Some options are there but those lack many necessary features. I was wondering if it would be possible to port OBK to Android or at least build something based on the same source engines. I am no developer, just random thoughts, leaving them here for whom it may concern.

There is https://github.com/fcitx5-android/fcitx5-android, and OBK uses Fcitx as one of it's input methods. Maybe, it's possible for someone who can develop the software using Rust and Kotlin.

But I would prefer our own keyboard stack instead of using wrappers like fcitx5 as those will constraint us.
