If you get an error "Error signing assembly -- Access is denied" when trying to build the SDK on Windows 10, grant Full Control permissions to "Users" group on the following folder:

"C:\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA"

This should be added to the Wiki getting started section for the few who choose to build the SDK.
