Google Tasks integration

It would have been nice with a Google Tasks integration in the calendar.
Could it be possible to use the data from MMM-GoogleTasks and make an input in the calendar?

Could the module broadcast its events as a certain format? I’ll look inside that module.

I looked inside jgauth/MMM-GoogleTasks but it will not share it's task data as notification. There is no easy way to use that data.
Ask the developer to add it.

Thanks for checking. From my understanding themox/MMM-GoogleTasks is the latest and greatest. Could you please check this as well? If there are no easy ways to use this data as well I will ask the developer.

Unfortunately themox/MMM-GoogleTasks has no broadcasting also.

Anyway, With MMM-ModuleMonkeyPatch, I tried some patching.

But, MMM-GoogleTasks lost the time information of due, so I can not revive the exact due time. MMM-GoogleTasks is missing the details of events. (e.g. fullday event or not, due time, ...) So this patching is limited.
The better way would be asking to the developer of MMM-GoogleTasks.

I am sorry, I didn't see the notification for the updates until now. That looks awesome!
It doesnt look like Themox or any of the other developers using this code have contact information visible or a Discussion tab in any of the repositories. I will do some digging and see what I can find.

Closing due to inactivity. As noted by @eouia , this is not something that can be implemented on the MMM-CalendarExt3 side — it depends on MMM-GoogleTasks broadcasting its data via notification. A workaround using MMM-ModuleMonkeyPatch is described above, but with limitations due to missing time details in the MMM-GoogleTasks data.
