Refinement of the table of Supported Adobe Products in the README.MD

Maybe add a column to indicate partial functionally that states which feature that does not work.

For example, based on https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/desktop/troubleshoot/known-issues.html

March 2024 release (version 14.0.3)

Issue	Workaround
Video and audio workflows require AVX2 support and isn't available on Intel® 3rd Generation processors or older (as well as older AMD processors). AVX2 support is also not present in the Rosetta mode of Apple Silicon machines.	Ensure that the machines meet Adobe Bridge technical requirements, specifically minimum processor specifications. To enable video and audio workflows on this machine, you may continue using Bridge 14.0.2 or an earlier version.

Even though Adobe Bridge 2024 (v14.1.2) is the latest one that could be installed without AVX2 requirement and patch.
The latest version that has the full functionality working for AVX is v14.0.2

There might be other Adobe programs that has the same quirks as this.

There's also another problem that some of the known issues and system requirements for the older versions has been removed from the official site and I couldn't find its archive anywhere.

P.S. I've tested to launch these without the patch, but I don't know whether it has fully working functionality or not.
