A way to disable Wind Charge griefing in EssentialsX Protect #6180

Wind charges can grief blocks by throwing them around, which can sometimes cause weird situations where blocks outside trial chambers get duplicated. It would be nice to have a feature that disables that and limits the wind charge to only serve its windy purposes... |
