Asana task

QA on the 4.52.0 staging builds reported that the HoudiniSwap order link in transaction details opens "Page Not Found" (iOS build 26100601, reproduced on Android).

The plugin built the link as houdiniswap.com/order/<id>. That host is Houdini's marketing site and has no order route. The order status page is on the app host and takes the order id as a query parameter: app.houdiniswap.com/order-details?houdiniId=<id>.

Testing:

• A unit test pins the link the plugin writes for an order.
• iOS simulator, with this plugin build bundled into edge-react-gui: executed a HoudiniSwap swap-send (ETH to BTC), opened its transaction details, and tapped Exchange Status Page. The in-app browser rendered Houdini's status page for that order (frames 08, 09 and 10).
• The corrected route also rendered a second live order as Completed in desktop Chrome.

No link can show the order in the QA report any more. Houdini keeps orders for 48 hours, and that order now returns "No order found" on the corrected route and 404 from the partner API.

Overview
Fixes HoudiniSwap Exchange Status links that opened a 404 on the marketing site.

The plugin now sets orderUri to https://app.houdiniswap.com/order-details?houdiniId= plus the order id (replacing https://houdiniswap.com/order/<id>). Transaction metadata from makeSwapAction is unchanged except for that URL. An offline test asserts orderId and the full orderUri on the saved swap action, and the unreleased CHANGELOG notes the fix.
