Not possible, there is an old issue, but support was never added :(

There is definitely a custom node for that if you search "jxl" with the Manager

Do you have a specific name? I only see support for reading metadata and opening workflows from JXL, and saving to JXL not opening JXL images via the "Load Image" node.
