[Bug] Donation form preview fails with missing reCAPTCHA site key

Bug Description

In the B1 web builder, the donation form preview does not load and shows:

Unable to load donation form: reCAPTCHA site key is missing

This is mainly a UX issue because the page preview appears broken instead of rendering the form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the site page editor in B1.
2. View the page preview that contains a donation form.
3. The preview shows the reCAPTCHA site key error instead of the form.

Expected Behavior

The donation form should render normally in the preview, or the editor should surface a clearer configuration error before the preview is shown.

Actual Behavior

The form fails to load and the preview displays an error message about a missing reCAPTCHA site key.
