[Bug] Installer fails to kill discord after installation

Describe the bug
The BetterDiscord installer hangs at "Attempting to kill Discord" while the installation itself works correctly.
To Reproduce

1. Launch the installer
2. choose default install process (discord is installed in the default location)
3. Continue to install process.
   Expected behavior
   It kills discord/restarts it as it notifies completion.

This is not a bug with the installer. If it is unable to kill discord's process, you should kill the process manually through a utility like task manager
