fix(danger): reconcile denylist and upload tests with secret-read gating
The denylist now scans the shell payloads a wrapper hands to sh (watch, script -c, nix-shell --run) via unwrapWrappersFull. Upload tests that used a secret-shaped variable name or a .pem client certificate now assert the upload effect beside the credential-read effect instead of an exact summary class.
