You've stated two different things here;
ctrl+enter in clipboard edit should save edit
Ctrl+enter is the default in most text boxes to confirm or send text

Ctrl+S is the current implementation of saving an edit. You can already set up Enter to paste, shift enter to copy.

I meant as an example for default behaviour in most other text boxes in website to confirm or send text. A tool tip for showing ctrl+s is an option would be good.
