FEATURE REQUEST: When in main ES-DE menu, the up-arrow on D-Pad should wrap around to bottom, allowing fast exit

Overall, great system but this is the one small gripe I have.

When exiting ES-DE, I open the menu and have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to exit when using a controller.

Instead, if I push up, can we make the focus of the menu "wrap around" and show up at the bottom of the menu and highlight the exit?

I think all the menus in ES-DE display this characteristic so it might be worth considering to have all menus have this wraparound functionality.

I support this, it's my only gripe with ES. Most games I've played have wraparound in their menus, and I think Retroarch has it enabled by default.
