P3_EPHEMERAL_ONLY_VALUE_ESTABLISHED
The bounded producer-specific ephemeral projection is the only P3 mechanism with product-value evidence. Generic multi-run automatic variance authorization is not established.
P4 begins from the Semantics-v3 proof model and treats collectors as proposition-scoped evidence backends.
